Here are two examples of our home inspection reports; one is of a new home, and the second is of an old home. Our reports are easy to read and follow. We input images into the reports that show the marginal or defective items found on the inspection. We found it helpful to insert images and diagrams of what the building standards are whenever possible so that you the buyer will know along with the repair person doing the repairs.
